Directions for Prime Ribs
For as delicious as this one tastes, it is surprisingly easy to prepare. The hard part is mixing all of the spices together. You will want to mix them in something with a small base in order to maximize how much the marinade injector can get.
I’ll be honest, this is the fun part. Inject the meat with the marinade all over. But be careful! I like loading my meat down so much that juices squirt out everywhere. Is that marinade in your hair?
You are done once the prime rib is oozing with beautiful flavor. I think I can get some more marinade in that corner over there!
Cover the whole thing with your favorite steak seasoning and you have flavor on the outside and the inside!
Cook until you reach a safe temperature, which might be higher than normal. You pushed surface bacteria into the inside with the needle so we have to burn those little buggers! But look at all that tasty juice! Can you say gravy?
We had ours with asparagus and stuffing. I forgot to put the gravy on the plate. So unlike me!
OR you could have it with potato salad!
Until next time,
