From Box to Bliss: Easy Instant Pot Cheesy Scallops!

Directions to Instant Pot Cheesy Scallops (from a box)
Put the Instant Pot on saute and throw in the butter. Let it get melted before moving on to the next step.
When the butter is good and melty, add in the scalloped potatoes.
Add in 2 3/4 cups of water. This is the magic so if you miss this step, then you are on your own!
Dump in the cheese powder.
Mix well. You don’t need to worry too much about chunks, but we prefer to do it right out the gate. (We left ours on saute so everything was bubbling.)
Cook for 6 minutes and do a quick release. Give a final stir and serve!
We had ours with broccoli and chicken.
