Directions for Sausage and Green Beans
This meal is so easy that there really isn’t a recipe for it. We just throw a bunch of stuff in a pot and let it simmer.
Let’s prep the kielbasa sausage first, by cutting it into bite-size chunks.
Get the green beans into a saucepan and add water to cover.
Add season salt. This is a matter of taste, but we like to add 1 teaspoon.
Put the sausages in with the green beans and make sure everything is under the water. You can add some more water if needed.
Simmer everything on low so the flavors can come together. This is also a good time to get some mashed potatoes made.
Serve over a bed of mashed potatoes for a nice hardy meal. You can have it dry.
OR you can flood the plate with some of the liquids and really have a great dinner! 😉
Until next time,
