Ingredients
- Ground Meat (We use turkey)
- Egg
- Onion
- Bell Peppers
- Bread
- Oregano
- Lawerys
- Garlic Powder
- Worcestershire sauce
- Oregano
- Pepper
- Tomato Sauce
- Ketchup (for the top)
Directions for Easy Meatloaf
We like to cook the onion and bell peppers a bit before using them in the meatloaf. This is a personal preference, and you could skip this step.
Either way, you are going to want to dice them up.

This is about how much we cook the onion and bell pepper. Just enough to soften them.

Put the onion and bell pepper in with the ground meat.

Now you could spend time ripping pieces of bread and throwing them into the mixture, or you could just get out a sharp knife and cut them into squares.

Add the bread to the bowl. For those of you playing along, you might have noticed our bowl is bigger. We made a double recipe and realized our first bowl was too small.

Throw in all the other ingredients and mix it well.

Transfer the mixture to a glass baking dish.

Do ketchup art on the top! Also known as the end of the ketchup bottle.

We add ours with broccoli and mashed potatoes.

Until next time,
Hubby
