Directions to Stop Wasting Fresh Veggies

This is so simple, that I’m not going to waste a bunch of your time with filer!

Cut up your vegetables! We’ve done celery.

We’ve also done carrots and green onions.

We use the carrots and celery almost constantly when we are making soups.

Here is the real trick. Lay parchment paper on a tray and freeze them this way first. If you throw them into a bag right out the gate, then the water will make the turn into a big ball of ice. This way they have room to freeze and the water is a non-issue.

Throw them into bags and use them as needed. No more waste!
