Directions for Crazy Chicken

Why do we call this Chicken recipe crazy? Because we throw a bunch of ingredients in a bag and it comes out tasty. There is a certain amount of CRAZY to that, don’t you think?

I’m repeating myself, but throw everything in a bag.

everything in a bag

Mix it all up and make sure the chicken is completely covered. Do your best to remove the air from the bag.

Mix it up

Let it marinate in the fridge for several hours up to overnight. We like to prep this the day before so it is ready to go. It makes dinner super easy.

let is marinate

When you are ready to eat, grill the chicken on the BBQ until it is cooked through.

Grill it

Take it off and let it rest to allow the juices to soak back in. Mmmm… Flavor…
