The Scrumptious Tasting Chicken Balls

Are you a fan of chicken and looking to try out new, exciting recipes? Then brace yourself for a delightful culinary adventure with Chicken Balls! Although the name might throw you off, these delectable treats are actually made from chicken breasts that have been cut into bite-sized shapes resembling balls. The inspiration behind their unique name stems from our children who couldn’t help but notice their round appearance.

Equipment

  1. A sharp knife (We can help)
  2. Large Frying Pan (We used a Cast Iron)
  3. Measuring Spoons
  4. Liquid Measuring Cup
  5. Small Bowl

Ingredients

  1. Chicken Breast
  2. Butter
  3. Garlic
  4. Italian Seasoning
  5. Chicken Broth
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. Onion Powder

Directions

First, we need to get everything set up. Put the salt, pepper, and onion powder together in a small bowl and mix them.

Now we can cut our chicken breasts into bite sizes (BALL!) pieces.

Put a pan on the stove and throw in the butter. Get the pan hot and then add in your chicken (balls).

Add the seasoning (salt, pepper, and onion powder) and cook until the chicken looks done.

Chicken Balls

Throw in the garlic.

Then the Italian Seasoning.

Stir it all around and get everything nice and coated.

Add the Chicken broth after the garlic has released its aroma but before it burns. Let it simmer here for a bit, and then they are ready to eat!

We had ours with pasta and asparagus.

Until next time,
