Fried Rice
Are you tired of eating bland old white rice? Well, get ready to take your taste buds on a culinary adventure with the ultimate comfort food! This simple yet versatile dish has been enjoyed for centuries across various cultures and is now a staple in kitchens worldwide.
Equipment
- Frying Pan
- Spatula
Ingredients
- Day-old rice.
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic
- Eggs
- Frozen Carrots and Peas
Directions
Let’s turn this boring/leftover white rice into something flavorful and delicious.
First, we need to break up the rice since it has probably seized while in the fridge.
Tip: Break it up in a bowl NOT in the pan.
Tip: Make sure to break up the eggs in the pan so you don’t have large chunks
And here is the finished product!
We paired it with some Chinese-style fried chicken and broccoli, but really it can go with anything.
It tastes great and definitely satisfies that fried rice craving. Enjoy!
