Ingredients

cups
cooked jasmine rice
at least one day old

tbsp
regular soy sauce
not light or dark

gralic

eggs
whisked

carrots and peas
frozen
Instructions
In a bowl de-clump the rice.
Whisk the eggs and pour them in the pan.
Lightly cook the eggs.
While the eggs are still moist put in the riceadd the peas and carrots.
Cook and mix until everything is incorporated.
Once everything is mixed add the garlic and soy sauce.
Mix until all the rice grains are brown.
Remove from heat and serve.
