Equipment
Ingredients
- Chuck Roast
- Enchilla Sauce
- Beef bouillon
- Water

Directions for Simple Red Burritos
This really is a pretty simple meal. Cut up the meat and throw it into the Instant Pot. Add the water, beef bouillon, and enchilada sauce to the pot.

Pressure cook for 30 minutes.

When you open up the pot, you should see something like this.

Shred all of the delicious meat.

Add the thickener to the pot to make a smooth sauce.

Roll up the burritos with meat, beans, cheese, or whatever you like. Put some sauce on top or leave them dry. You can even add some cheese on top to make them look extra fancy.
