Simple Red Burritos

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Chuck Roast
  • 10 oz Enchilada Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Beef Bouillon or two cubes
  • ½ cup Water
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Refried Beans Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add beef, enchilada sauce, bouillon, and water to the Instant Pot
  • Pressure cook for 30 minutes and natural release for 10 minutes.
  • Shred meat.
  • Roll meat, cheese, and beans into a burrito. Cover with sauce and cheese (or not).
  • Broil for 2-4 minutes, or until cheese looks bubbly.
