Directions for Turkey Soup
This recipe is amazing on a cold night. It warms and fills you all at the same time.
Add oil to the Saute Pan. You could also add oil to the Instant Pot and Saute there. I’m not sure why I didn’t do that…

Dice an onion, celery, and carrots. Throw them all into the pan and cook until everything is soft. We like to cut carrots and celery ahead of time and freeze them. It makes the day of cooking easier.

Add the bone broth and water to the Instant Pot.

Add in all the spices and Worcestershire sauce.

Add the veggies to the pot. I totally dirtied a pan for no reason!

Add in the chopped up turkey.

Close it up and cook for 5 minutes, then allow it to natural release for 5 minutes.

When it is done, it should smell amazing in your house!

We had ours over egg noodles, but you could also have it with rice. Doesn’t that look tasty?!

Until next time,
Hubby
