Ingredients
- Ground Meat (We use turkey)
- Oyster Sauce
- Bean Sprouts
- Coleslaw
- Chow Mein (optional for crunch)
Directions for No Roll Egg Rolls
Brown the meat and then throw in the coleslaw and bean sprouts

Cook until slightly wilted. This is about as much as we cook it.

Dollop on the Oyster Sauce!

Mix it all up until everything looks well coated.

We eat ours over a bed of rice. If you want the extra crunch, throw on some Chow Mein Noddles!

- 1 lb Ground Meat
- 6 oz Bean Spouts ½ of a 12 oz bag
- 7 oz Coleslaw ½ if a 14 oz bag
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce Or more to coat everything
Instructions
- Brown the meat
- Add coleslaw and bean sprouts to the meat and cook until they are wilted.
- Add osyter sauce and mix until coated.
