Ingredients
- Oil
- Onion
- Ground Meat
- Chili Seasoning
- Kidney Beans
- Mexicorn
- Diced Tomatoes
Directions for Chili
The first thing we need to do is dice up the onion. Check out our article on how to do that. Then we need to get it sauteeing in a pan.
Add in your ground meat. We like to use ground turkey to make it healthier.
Load it down with seasoning. There is no measurement here. Season until it makes you happy. (Actually, we use a season packet which tells you how much to use!)
Cook that until the meat (turkey) is done, and then add in your Mexicorn.
Toss in the beans. We don’t use the whole can. We have a lot of anti-bean feelings in the house.
Finally, add in the diced tomatoes.
Stir and let it cook. We want all that flavor to combine.
And there we have it, a tasty meal for any time!

- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 lb ground meat/turkey
- 1 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can Kidney Beans
- 1 11 oz can Mexicorn (Drained)
- 1 packet Chili Seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the meat and the onion in the saute pan.
- Mix in chili seasoning
- Add in Mexicorn (drained)
- Add in Kidney Beans (use all the liquids even if you don't use all the beans)
- Add in the Tomatoes
