Directions for Pea Soup
I absolutely love this recipe. I eat it with Ritz Crackers until I feel so bloated that I have to stop. Let’s get to it!
Add oil to the Instant Pot and set it to Saute.
Dice an onion, cut the ham into bite-sized pieces, and put them in the pot. Let it all cook until the onion is translucent.
Pour in the liquids to slow further cooking.
Add in cut celery and carrots.
Put in the seasonings.
Pour in the peas. I mean let it rain!
Close up the Instant Pot and pressure cook for 17 minutes. Do a quick release and admire the beautiful pea soup!
Pfft. Who am I kidding? Admire? Eat that stuff down!
Until next time,
Hubby
