Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Chicken Broth (40 oz)
  • 1 16 oz bag Split Peas
  • ½ Onion
  • 2 cups Sliced Carrots (~2 carrots)
  • 2 cups Sliced Celery (~2 celery sticks)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • ¼ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 4 dashes Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Set the Instant Pot to Saute and add the Olive Oil, Onion, and Ham.
  • Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Add in all other ingredients.
  • Close the Instant Pot and pressure cook for 17 minutes.
  • Quick Release and enjoy!
