Cabbage and Sausage

Equipment

  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Large pot or Dutch oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cabbage
  • 1 Package of Sausages
  • 2 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • ¼ tbsp Season Salt
  • ¼ cup oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the onion and bell pepper into slices.
  • Cut the cabbage and put to the side with the sliced onions and bell peppers.
  • In a large pot, cook the sausage while breaking it apart into small pieces.
  • Dump of excess oil, for a sligthly heathlier version or skip this step.
  • Add the onion, bell peppers, and cabbage to the pot.
  • Add in the oil and seasoning. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and simmer, while stirring occasionally.
