- 13 x 9 Baking Dish
Ingredients
Crumb Top
- 2½ Cups Flour
- 1¼ Cups Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ Cup Butter
Coffee Cake
- 1 Egg
- ¾ Cup Butter Milk
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
Instructions
- Set out the butter and allow it to come to room temperature.
- Mix all the ingredients in the Crumb Top, until coarse like cornmeal.
- Reserve 1 Cup of the crumb top.
- Add to the crumb top all the coffee cake ingredients.
- Pour into a well-greased baking pan.
- Bake at 350℉ for 30 Minutes
