Start water boiling!
Break eggs into liquid measure cup and, if needed, fill with water to 210 mL)
Add flour, salt, and water to the mixing bowl
Add the egg (and water mixture)
Mix on Speed 2 for 10-20 seconds, adding water as needed until the dough starts to clump
Switch to the dough hook and knead for 2 minutes on Speed 2
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and run them through the flattening attachment on the Kitchen Aid
Run the flatten dough through the pasta cutter
Place the pasta into the boiling water until it is ready
Drain and enjoy!
