Ingredients

Instructions
Peel the potatoes.
Add water and salt to the pressure cooker and insert the trivet.
Place potatoes in the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.
When the timer goes off, do a quick release on the pressure cooker.
Remove the trivet.
Add the butter, sour cream, and milk.
Mash until smooth and fluffy.
