Fluffy Mashed Potatoes

Equipment

  • 1 Pressure Cooker
  • 1 Trivet For the pressure cooker
  • 1 Potato Masher
  • 1 Tablespoon

Ingredients
  

  • 5 potatoes Peeled
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sour cream Heaping
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk more or less

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes.
  • Add water and salt to the pressure cooker and insert the trivet.
  • Place potatoes in the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.
  • When the timer goes off, do a quick release on the pressure cooker.
  • Remove the trivet.
  • Add the butter, sour cream, and milk.
  • Mash until smooth and fluffy.
