Cut meat into bite size pieces.
Set Instant Pot to Saute with oil.
Cook the garlic until it starts to get golden.
Add in meat and cook until slightly brown.
Add in water, soy sauce, ginger, and brown sugar.
Stir and close the lid.
Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook for 12 minutes.
When cooking is complete, perform a Quick Release.
Mix the thickener together and add it to the Instant Pot.
Stir to combine and serve!
