Pork Chops and Gravy
Juicy Pork Chops Smothered in Savory Gravy

- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 4 Pork Chop Loins
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Use 2 cans for extra gravy)
- 1 Can French Onion Soup (Use 2 cans for extra gravy)
In a shallow bowl, whisk water and egg.
Pour breadcrumbs on to a plate.
Dip pork chops in egg mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs.
Brown the breaded pork chops in a skillet with oil.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Combine soups and pour over the pork chops.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145℉
