Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 4 Pork Chop Loins
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Use 2 cans for extra gravy)
  • 1 Can French Onion Soup (Use 2 cans for extra gravy)

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk water and egg.
  • Pour breadcrumbs on to a plate.
  • Dip pork chops in egg mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Brown the breaded pork chops in a skillet with oil.
  • Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Combine soups and pour over the pork chops.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145℉
