Sandwich Buns

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Put Sugar and Milk into a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 1 minute.
  • Add Yeast to the milk mixture and wait until it foams
  • Mix flours together.
  • Add the egg, oil, and salt to the flour.
  • Add the yeast mixture to the flour.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Knead with dough hook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Cover dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Roll out and cut dought circles.
  • Place the circles in a warm places and let the dough rise for 35 minutes or more.
  • Cook for 10 minutes at 375℉.
