Swedish Meatballs in Gravy

1 Mixing Bowl
1 Cookie Sheet
- ½ lb Ground Meat
- ½ lb Ground Pork
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs Smashed Crackers
- ¼ tsp Seasoned Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 5 tbsp Flour
Mix ground meat and pork together until well combined.
Add in all the remaining ingredients and mix.
Line a cookie sheet with parcmehnt paper.
Roll out meatballs in the flour, making sure to keep the sizes consistent, and place them on the cookie sheet.
Cook in the oven at 400℉ for about 15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meat is 165°.
