  • 1 8x8 Cake Pan

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
  • Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 ½ tsp Baking Powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the Dry Ingredients in a bowl
  • Mix all of the Wet Ingredients in another bowl.
  • Combine the Dry and Wet ingredients and mix.
  • Oil the Cake pan and pour in the batter.
  • Cook for 20-25 Minutes at 400℉
