Directions for Sautéed Squash
Get out your squash and knife. We don’t have a guide for cutting this, so we hope you can do it on your own!
We want bite-sized pieces. Try to cut them slightly oversize, as they will shrink as they cook.
Throw them in the pan with a little oil/butter and the spices. It is Sautée Time! Let those squash cook, but don’t forget to keep them moving.
Once they start to look translucent, they are done.
Add some butter to help rehydrate the squash and you are done. Serve with your favorite food.
We had ours with baked chicken and mac and cheese. Delicious!
Until next time,
Hubby
